Referrals can be made for services such as counseling, parenting, domestic violence, anger management, and child-parent psychotherapy by faxing to the Intake Department at 872-702-3091 or emailing referral packet to Intake Coordinator and Clinical Director.

Call the Intake Coordinator or email intake@iamablecenter.org to make an appointment

  • If leaving a message, be sure to include name, phone number, age, weekly availability, and the reason for seeking counseling. 
  • You will receive a call back within 48 hours with your intake appointment date.
  • $65/Individual and $80/Couples/Family (must be immediate family members in the same household) intake fees are required at intake appointment.
  • Bring government issued identification card and insurance card.
  • Bring proof of your most recent 30 days of income.
  • Any individuals 18 years of age and above must show evidence of their own desire to engage in counseling to initiate services.
