​I AM ABLE is a faith-based trauma-informed care agency providing services from birth to the end-of-life.  

Our Trauma Response and Intervention Movement (TR4IM) is our social cohesion, public health, new community policing model.

We are Responding to, Recovering from, Reducing and Removing Trauma and Violence 8-Blocks at a Time. 

The I AM ABLE Clinical Department provides therapeutic services to our clients who are referred from a variety of social service agencies. These include the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), schools, hospitals, religious organizations, and more. We accept self-referrals and serve children and adults of all ages. 

WELLNESS H.E.A.L.S. is:  I AM ABLE's  Mental Health Crisis Response System for the North Lawndale Community.  Available to ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME (24/7/365). 
Designed to reduced emergency room visits and psychiatric hospitalization, as well as prevent legal and criminal justice involvement.
